The 1stBANK Center,[4] formerly The Odeum Colorado and The Broomfield Event Center, is a multi-use arena, located just off U.S 36 in Broomfield, Colorado, a suburb of Denver. The Center is a scalable venue, able to accommodate 3,500–6,500 people, and a wide variety of events.

While the main focus will be on musical talent, other non-musical events will be hosted at the Center, such as one-off sporting events, non-profit and charitable events, family entertainment shows, and events hosted by the city and people of Broomfield and Westminster.

The Center, as of September 1, 2009, is operated by Peak Entertainment LLC, a joint endeavor of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and Kroenke Sports Enterprises (KSE).

AEG and KSE both operate major sports and entertainment venues in the Denver area, as well as across the country.
